The Performing Arts Facility

TACAW is a brand new, state-of-the-art, all-electric performing arts facility. TACAW is a chic addition to the Willits area offering music, comedy, and all types of entertainment to the community. TACAW is also an excellent venue for private events; clients can rent specific areas or the entire campus.

The Private Event Space

TACAW is partnered with the best businesses in Colorado in furniture rentals, decor, and production so that every client’s idea can come to fruition in the space. Every aspect of an event is considered; if Tacaw can’t meet a request, they know the person who can. These relationships take the burden off of clients who have never planned an event before and seasoned event planners.

Our Performing Arts Staff

TACAW’s staff are experts in audio, programming, fundraising, event planning, and theater production. They know every aspect of the building and can best advise the smoothest process for your event. Protocols are set in place for performances, fundraisers, dinners, conferences, weddings, and receptions. No guesswork is left for the client, creating the most pleasant experience possible for guests.

Venue Catering

TACAW has a venue caterer, Epicure. Epicure is run by Julia and Allen Domingos. They take pride in crafting a unique menu for every event. Since partnering with TACAW, Epicure has catered numerous breakfasts, conferences, holiday parties, fundraisers, receptions, and corporate parties in addition to TACAW’s regular programming. The supper club at TACAW, which began in January of 2023, has sold out every session, as well as all dinner and show offerings. TACAW is proud to host such accomplished caterers who bring a unique experience to every event.
