VENUE POLICIES

We looking forward to welcoming you upon your upcoming visit to TACAW. Please take a moment to review current venue policies below.

BOX OFFICE +  TICKET POLICY

The box office is open at the door time for all scheduled performances. Tickets are always available for purchase at TACAW.org. You can also leave a voice message and we will call you back during regular box office hours.

ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS. NO EXCHANGES.

ADA Accessible: TACAW is fully ADA accessible. ADA Accessible seats are available. Please contact the box office for additional information or to make a special request.

BAG POLICY

PROHIBITED ITEMS:

All bags and persons entering the venue are subject to search. TACAW reserves the right to refuse entrance to any item deemed a potential safety or security risk or with the potential to be a distraction to the event being held. Prohibited items:

  • ALL OUTSIDE FOOD AND BEVERAGES. Please note: Patrons may bring your own empty water bottle. They can get refilled at the water station at the bar.
  • Bags and backpacks and other oversize items (only a 5″ x 8″ clutch purse will be permitted inside the venue)
  • Marijuana and drugs
  • Audio or video recording devices, GoPros, professional cameras or cameras with removable lenses (no professional photography without authorization), selfie sticks.
  • Weapons of any kind or items construed as weapons
  • Open flame
  • Laser pointers
  • Pets (service animals exempt)
  • Noise-making devices or bullhorns
  • Signs/flags/banners
  • Fireworks
  • Drones
  • No large items
  • Any additional items security determines could potentially distract from the audience’s safety and enjoyment

COVID-SAFETY POLICIES & PROTOCOLS

TACAW is committed to doing our part so that our community can gather at our events safely. It’s important for our organization to meet or exceed COVID-19 operational guidelines set forth by local, regional, state and federal agencies. We are working with Eagle County Health officials to ensure that TACAW’s actions align with current best practices.  Please note that the policies and protocols listed below will be enforced during all events. 

TACAW appreciates your patience and understanding as we navigate this pandemic.  If you are not yet comfortable coming to our venue under current protocols, we respect that.  We look forward to hosting you in the future. Please contact the box office at (970) 510-5365 ext 0 if you have questions.

Per current State of Colorado and Eagle County Public Health guidelines, The Arts Campus at Willits is currently operating at full capacity with the following conditions..

PATRON REQUIREMENTS (no exceptions)

  • Stay home if you are sick or not feeling well.
  • Participants are encouraged to wear a mask.
  • Wash your hands often and use hand sanitizer stations.
  • Comply with staff and security personnel at all times.
  • Social distancing is not required but is encouraged when possible.
  • Respect your fellow patrons.   

TACAW STAFF COMMITMENTS

  • All staff tests if they don’t feel well.
  • All staff stays home when sick.
  • All staff washes their hands often.
  • All staff maintains a clean environment for patrons.

EVENT NIGHT PROTOCOLS

  • We set up seating in the building to space out audience members as much as possible. 
  • High-touch surfaces are regularly sanitized. 
  • Hand-sanitizing stations are placed throughout the building.
  • All of the air inside the building is filtered every 12 minutes.

COVID-19 WARNING

COVID-19 IS AN EXTREMELY CONTAGIOUS DISEASE THAT CAN LEAD TO SEVERE ILLNESS AND DEATH. AN INHERENT RISK OF EXPOSURE TO COVID-19 EXISTS IN ANY PUBLIC PLACE REGARDLESS OF PRECAUTIONS THAT MAY BE TAKEN. ATTENDEE ON THEIR BEHALF AND ON BEHALF OF ANY ACCOMPANYING MINOR(S) AGREES TO (1) ASSUME ALL RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH COVID-19 AND OTHER COMMUNICABLE DISEASES, AND (2) COMPLY WITH ALL RELATED HEALTH AND SAFETY POLICIES OF THE ARTS CAMPUS AT WILLITS.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ADMISSION; WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY

In consideration for the opportunity to attend an event at The Arts Campus at Willits, and by entering the premises, each entrant agrees to the Terms and Conditions of Admission to The Arts Campus at Willits events, which apply regardless of the form of any ticket or other invitation to an event, or where or by whom such ticket or invitation is held, stored or displayed. The Terms and Conditions of Admission contain a Waiver and Release of Liability, and Indemnification agreement. You may view the Terms and Conditions of Admission HERE.
