So Long Summer & Fall Into TACAW!
Hi, Everybody!
How is your summer wrapping up? Ours is finishing with a flurry (out-of-season pun intended) of good vibes, amazing art, a focus on equity, and much love. Whether it was Natalie Spears & Ollella, our first on-campus wedding of our beloved Donn Willins and Alex Yajko, an Equity speaker event addressing employment of people living with disabilities, the neoclassical piano stylings of BLKBOK, or the comedic musings of Billy Wayne Davis, September really delivered.
And, we aren’t quite done! We still have our 2nd birthday party tonight with Dragondeer, Eddie Robert & The Lucky Strokes and cake (the dessert – not the band) on Friday and Tony Furtado Trio ft. Matt Flinner on Saturday.
Regarding Fall… I’m really excited about the diversity of opportunities we offer to gather as a community. Amazing music, compelling theater, thought-based programming, stoke films, improv comedy and, of course, our Halloween Bash featuring a Journey tribute band all await us. I think I’ll defer to our comprehensive event list below for you to dig in and mark your calendars. It is a really fun research project. Honest!
As always, I’m available to answer questions or shame you into coming out. See you here this weekend. I mean, really, who skips a good friend’s 2nd birthday?
