Darren Fisk
Founder & CEO – Forum Investment Group

Darren Fisk is a multifamily investment expert with over 20 years of experience in real estate and finance. He founded Forum in 2007, initially focusing on multifamily acquisition and development, and later expanding into real estate debt and structured finance. Under his leadership, the firm rebranded as Forum Investment Group in 2020 to reflect its fully integrated platform. As CEO, Darren guides overall business strategy and investment oversight.

He holds a B.S. in Finance from the University of Colorado – Boulder, where he also played football. Darren serves on the advisory board of ACE Scholarships and co-founded the Fisk 5 Foundation with his wife, Blake.

Nick Hamilton
Managing Director and Co-Founder – The Hamilton Group

Nicholas (Nick) Hamilton is the Managing Director and Co-Founder of The Hamilton Group. His team is comprised of competent individuals that help create customized financial strategies for high net worth families in Denver and across the U.S. For over 18 years, they have worked with clients in a variety of areas such as alternative investment strategies, professional money manager analysis, options, business exit strategies, legacy planning, and asset preservation. Once the appropriate risk management framework is in place, they then strive to design financial plans to help grow wealth within a defined, repeatable, dynamic process.

Nick graduated from the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado with a degree in Finance. He is passionate about giving back through helping abused and neglected children by supporting local children’s charities. ​Nick loves spending his free time playing golf, traveling and spending time with his 2 beautiful children, Paxton and Penelope.

Ryan Brome
Head of Capital Strategy – Forum Investment Group

Ryan brings more than 15 years of real estate and capital markets experience to Forum. As Head of Capital Strategy, he leads development and implementation of comprehensive capital markets strategies that support the firm’s growth initiatives and financial objectives. Prior to joining Forum, Ryan worked for such names as HFF, Real Capital Solutions, and McWhinney where he was most recently VP of Capital Markets & Investor Relations.

Ryan holds a B.A. in Finance from the University of Colorado – Boulder. When not at work he enjoys all the wonderful activities Colorado has to offer – including mountain biking, skiing, and fishing with his wife, two kids, and their English Setter, Rio.
