GENERAL FAQs
What is TACAW?
The Arts Campus at Willits is a 501c3 nonprofit that presents exceptional performing arts, cultural events, and thought-provoking programming that sustain a connected, engaged, and inspired community.
How can I find out what is happening at TACAW?
Please visit our calendar page to see upcoming shows and events. You can also sign up for our newsletter here.
Is there food and drink at TACAW?
We have a full bar available. We often serve food for ticketed events listed on our calendar, but advance tickets are required. There are also numerous dining options throughout Willits within walking distance of TACAW.
How do I get to TACAW?
TACAW is located at 400 Robinson Street in Willits at the corner of Market and Robinson Streets. We are just down the street from the Element Hotel (on Market) and the Steadman Philippon Center (on Robinson). There is a WeCycle station outside of TACAW, and we are three blocks from the Willits Town Center RFTA stop on Highway 82.
Can I hold my event at TACAW?
Yes, TACAW has numerous indoor and outdoor spaces that can be utilized to create unique, memorable, and seamless events. Please visit the Rentals page for more information or to submit a request.
Do you have onsite parking?
There is free street parking all around the building.
What time do doors open for a show?
Show and door times vary, so please check your ticket and our event calendar to confirm the start time of the performance you are seeing. We recommend arriving early so you have plenty of time to find parking, check-in at the box office, get a drink, and grab a seat.
Is there reserved seating?
To promote inclusion, connection, and community, we don’t have reserved seating at our shows. We encourage guests to come early if they want a block of seats together. Otherwise, plan on making some new friends. Please note that many music shows have very limited seating available in the theater. However, lobby tables are always available so you can take a break from dancing.
Is TACAW accessible to persons with disabilities?
Yes. All of our performances have wheelchair-accessible seating. Please call our box office at (970) 510-5365 or email info@tacaw.org with questions or specific requests.
Can I take photographs or record videos?
At most shows, amateur photos and videos are welcome, and we encourage using the hashtag #tacaw when sharing. In some cases, all photography is prohibited by the artist. We do not allow professional video cameras, audio recordings, or photography at any show unless specifically approved by the artist in advance. Email info@tacaw.org for specific show requests.
Will my bag be searched?
Yes, your bags may be searched by our security staff. Please visit our Permitted & Prohibited Items page for a complete list.
Is a COVID-19 vaccination required to visit TACAW?
No. But, we are a mask-friendly facility.
Credit cards + lost & found
TACAW holds all found items for 4 weeks. Any unclaimed item will be donated or destroyed after (30) days. Use the Lost & Found Form to report lost items. You may also contact boxoffice@tacaw.org if you are having any issues. Cards will be destroyed if not retrieved within a few days.
TICKETING
How do I purchase tickets for events at TACAW?
Tickets are available online at tacaw.org or can also be purchased at our box office during box office hours. The box office opens one hour before door time.
Can I get a refund for my ticket?
All sales are final, and refunds are not offered. If you need to transfer your ticket to another patron, please email info@tacaw.org with the event name and the patron details to ensure a smooth entry.
What is a member, and how do I become one?
Members enjoy benefits (including discounted tickets) that heighten their experience and integrate them into our growing artistic community. Visit our membership page and enroll.
